Scriptures to meditate on this week:
“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.” – Proverbs 31:8-9

“Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.” – Proverbs 14:31 (NIV)

Pray:
Father, I ask for Your love and protection for those who are suffering, struggling, or in need. May they feel Your presence and find hope in their darkest moments. Grant them comfort, strength, and the support they need to find peace. Help me to be a light in their lives, offering kindness and generosity where I can. Amen.

Scriptures to meditate on this week:
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.” – Hebrews 12:1-2 (NIV)

Pray:
Lord, as I begin this Lenten season, help me to turn my heart toward You. May my sacrifices draw me closer to Your love and grace. Amen.
